1. What this service does

Heavy Parts Bid, operated by Lean Engineering, collects your heavy equipment part requests, forwards them to suppliers, and shows you the quotes that come back. We are a sourcing service, not the seller of the parts.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your password private. Accounts are for business use by the company named on the profile.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices, availability and lead times come from suppliers. Quote details are read from supplier messages automatically and may contain mistakes, so the original supplier message is always shown alongside. Accepting a quote creates a purchase commitment between you and that supplier.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, attempt to reach other customers' data, or use the service to send unsolicited messages to suppliers.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Lean Engineering is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from supplier performance, part fitment or delivery delays.

6. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
