What we collect
Your name, company, email and phone number; the machines you save; the part requests you submit, including any photos or documents you attach; and the supplier quotes and messages tied to those requests.
How we use it
To source your parts: request details are emailed to suppliers so they can quote. We also use your email to notify you about new quotes and delivery updates, which you can switch off in your profile.
What suppliers see
Suppliers receive the part details, quantity, required-by date and shipping destination. We do not share your email address or phone number with suppliers unless you include them in a message you write.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting and database, email delivery, and an AI model that reads supplier replies to pull out price, availability and lead time. They process data only to provide those functions.
Keeping data safe
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted per account, and uploaded files are stored privately with time-limited links.
Your choices
You can view and edit your details, export your request history to a spreadsheet, and delete your account and its data from your profile page.
